Rocking out to… Quirky Miyazaki soundtracks. Indy’s watching Porco Rosso and Kiki’s Delivery Service while I write tonight. I forgot how cool Fio is (and that I, too, often go by Pheo, including my fanfiction account!).
Drinking... Sunkist
Reading… The Year of Living Danishly, Everything Everything, The Firestarter Sessions, Purejoy Parenting class, Goblet of Fire aloud as a family. I am dying for Wood Sprite to meet Luna.
Writing… Quickly, desperately and often. So hard my fingernails break. This is the time of year when I start to experience painful stretching and really need to shake my schedule clear to really take care of the most important things.
Planning… Wood Sprite’s birthday, a lock-in with Scouts, a glow party/dance with co-op, steering committee meetings, rides, cookie booth and party logistics, science/art fair logistics, cookie deliveries, archery practice dates, poetry teatime.
Making… a hygge life! Living Danishly is luring me in and I’m de-cluttering and cozifying as often as possible. This week’s huge hygge move? Super soft slippers.
Wanting… Less clutter, fewer obligations, more in-the-moment family time.
