and Tips for a Great Life

daisyEvery once in a while you get to write something that’s both fulfilling and something you can really learn from, but also that really makes you sad. That’s the probably always the case in writing about children’s cancer. When I write about things like this (or human trafficking, or child soldiers…) I usually have to get up and take a break in between pieces–and sometimes even in between paragraphs.

Know Cancer is a great community and offers a wealth of information, resources and support if you or someone you know is experiencing cancer. I heartily encourage you to visit if you have been touched by cancer, or even if you are wanting to learn about it or research it for a project.

To balance out these articles I’m including a really great link that my good friend Jaime recently shared, 40 Tips for a Great Life.
